RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact customer service either through email (support@pussycatgalore.com) or directly at 224-538-0240 to request an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Then ship your item back to us in "as new" condition; clearly writing the RMA on the outside of the box. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. Once we receive it, we will credit your account for the purchase price. We are sorry but in this case we can not refund shipping charges. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the ship date.

If we sent you the wrong items please contact customer support through email (support@pussycatgalore.com) or directly at 224-538-0240 to obtain an RMA number. Then simply send the items back in "as new" condition and we will ship a replacement immediately. We will also pay back the shipping costs for returning the items.

After 30 days, items may be returned for store credit only. Please contact contact customer support through email (support@pussycatgalore.com) or directly at 224-538-0240 to obtain an RMA number. Once we receive the items, we will credit your account. In this case, we can not refund shipping charges.

Items that fail after the 30 day return period must be settled through the manufacturer warranty. If you need help finding contact information for a manufacturer, please feel free to contact customer support and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

Clearance items are sold "as-is" and carry only the manufacturer's warranty.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

We must be notified of damaged shipments within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise - save all packing materials for possible inspection by shipping company. Please contact customer service either through email (support@pussycatgalore.com) or directly at 224-538-0240.
