SHIPPING POLICY:
We use real-time quotes directly from the shipping companies to determine your shipping charges. This amount is based off the weight of the item plus the shipping distance. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional handling charge.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer delivery options as provided by DHL®, UPS® and the United States Postal Service® unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders for in-stock items received by 1:00pm CST are shipped out the same day. Items shipping directly from the manufacturer or out-of-stock items may take up to six weeks. You will be contacted after you place your order with an expected shipping time.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Sometimes, due to an entry error or incorrect address format, packages come back
to us as undeliverable. If you have not received your order or a confirmation of
its return or refund, please contact customer service at 224-538-0240.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact customer service either through our online support system or directly at 224-538-0240 to request an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Then ship your item back to us in "as new" condition; clearly writing the RMA on the outside of the box. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. Once we receive it, we will credit your account for the purchase price. We are sorry but in this case we can not refund shipping charges. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the ship date.
If we sent you the wrong items please contact customer support through our online system or directly at 224-538-0240 to obtain an RMA number. Then simply send the items back in "as new" condition and we will ship a replacement immediately. We will also pay back the shipping costs for returning the items.
After 30 days, items may be returned for store credit only. Please contact contact customer support through our online system or directly at 224-538-0240 to obtain an RMA number. Once we receive the items, we will credit your account. In this case, we can not refund shipping charges.
Items that fail after the 30 day return period must be settled through the manufacturer warranty. If you need help finding contact information for a manufacturer, please feel free to contact customer support and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
Clearance items are sold "as-is" and carry only the manufacturer's warranty.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
We must be notified of damaged shipments within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise - save all packing materials for possible inspection by shipping company. Please contact customer service either through our online support system or directly at 224-538-0240.
